Successful implementation of Simpro at Vestner NZ. Vestner is a leading supplier, manufacturer and installer of passenger lifts and access platforms. All projects and jobs are based around assets and requiring workflows to deal with PPM, callouts, manufacturing and refurbishment. Additionally, the requirements of government sector customers introduced the need for complex workflows. The leap from their existing and somewhat simple system was significant and required some deep analysis to determine and model the best setup to move forward. Every job involved customer assets so it was essential to fully setup customer assets and enable the maintenance planner prior to going live. Most contract and asset data was incomplete and plans were made to capture or backfill later in order that Simpro could be brought on stream ASAP. Health sector customers proved a challenge as their inflexible systems required us to design some complex BI reports to shape data into a format that translates to their systems. A specialised form solution from forms4tradies was used to manage the multitude of customer mandated forms required.
