Simpro Services

Implementation | Training | System Review | Customisation

With more than 10 years Simpro experience and scores of customer implementations throughout NZ we have an excellent knowledge of Simpro and its application in the real world.

We build relationships and gain a deep understanding of your business.

This enables us to work with you to obtain the best possible results from Simpro.

Understanding the context and fine tuning makes a vast difference to the performance of the system and of course your business outcomes.

Implementing and learning Simpro is an ongoing process and requires serious commitment.

Along with the extensive feature set, significant regular upgrades, staff turnover and business growth there are always challenges ahead.

Whether you are  new to Simpro or an existing customer we advise to regularly revisit the review/scope/implementation/training cycle to ensure you are getting the most out of your system.

Health Check

Our Simpro Health Check is a system wide review focused both on identifying existing problems and areas that can be improved. The Health Check can also focus on specific areas.

Key components of the review include but are not limited to the following;

  • Setup review including system settings, defaults, forms and mobile

  • Data review looks at assets, catalogues, pre builds, customers, sites and unresolved items

  • Operational review checks workflows in respect of quotes, jobs, scheduling, purchase orders, work orders, invoicing and accounting link

  • Reporting review focuses on outputs as required

The review process can be managed in number of ways and an initial consultation is conducted to determine expectations.

Once undertaken IT4Tradies will present a comprehensive summary along with recommendations.

From there we can discuss any further requirements such as designing workflows, data tidy-up, implementing changes, training etc.
